On their final stop of their European Tour of 2024, World renown drum team Bonten brings the heartbeat of Japanese Drumming to Berlin. In this special concert with collaboration of Berlin's own iki iki TAIKO 生き生き太鼓, experience the sounds of Bonten's original scores along with some featured taiko pieces from around the world. Bonten was formed in 1999 by members of the "Mirai Taiko Dojo" organized by Masataka Kobayashi. They have been creating colorful music with their unique sound and worldview. Bonten has also performed many times overseas and has a growing fan base worldwide. iki iki TAIKO 生き生き太鼓 was founded in Berlin Germany by Lilo Fisher and is one of the rapidly growing taiko groups in Europe with a diverse array of members with musical backgrounds bringing the spirit of Japanese Drumming to the European stage.
