Again and again, Wolfgang Katschner and his horizontally open baroque specialists electrifyingly link early and new music, baroque and pop, E and U, fuse orchestral sound with dance and video, discover parallels between compositional art across the ages (as in the TIMELESS program, which won the ECHO Klassik in 2010). The :lounge sessions in the former silent movie theater Delphi focus on the pleasure of spontaneity.
