Hygiene and protection measures

Admission currently only with a negative Covid-19 test or proof of a complete vaccination or recovery!

Our ventilation system was newly installed in 2017 and is regularly maintained.
In order to ventilate the venue, fresh air is drawn in from outside and pumped into the audience hall. The used air is directly drawn upwards and pushed outside. With the restricted number of guests, we reach the suggested quantity of fresh air of 50 m³/h per person. Additional filters are protecting from environmental conditions. Therefore we guarantee very good air quality that greatly reduces the risk of infection.

FFP2 face mask

It is mandatory to wear a FFP2 mask throughout the entire building. An attestation from any doctor will not exclude anyonefrom this obligation. While seated you will be allowed to take off your mask. A distance of at least 1,50m must be maintained.

Ticket sales

We ask you kindly to purchase tickets in advance and online if possible.
The purchase of tickets is possible at short notice, per availability. Your contact details will be asked for while booking online, which helps our entry and avoids long waiting lines. If online booking is an impossibility, you can also purchase tickets at the door on the evening of the performance, if they are not sold out already.

The bar is open and follows the up to date instructions for Berlins gastronomy. You are welcome to buy drinks which you will enjoy at your seats. Remaining and standing at the bar is not allowed. We ask you kindly to buy the drink and return back to your seats.
Please help us and keep the instructed minimum distance to other guests of 1,50 meters. We thank you for understanding if our staff reminds you about the obligation of that distance.

Contact tracing

While purchasing tickets you will be asked to provide your contact information. In case of an admitted infection after the attended event you would be contacted by our ministry of health immediately. Contact tracing is a central part of the collective fight against this pandemic. Please make sure to give your correct and up to date contact information, and let us know at the evening counter if you would like to book over your ticket to another person.
Please bring your ID to the event.

Please plan in some time to arrive before the event starts to avoid prolonged waiting lines. The doors open one hour before the performance begins.

Your health and our health is important to us. People with symptoms of a cold or flu are not allowed to participate as guests of the events.
Please be considerate towards your fellow people and the cultural businesses of the city and stay home if you feel unwell. Additionally, people whohave had contact with a person who has tested positive for Covid-19 in the last 14 days may not attend our events. Please keep in mind that the written measures can be changed spontaneously depending on the process of the pandemic. We will inform you daily of changes on our website, social media and in our newsletter.

We are looking forward to your visit.
